Does this work with a normal WhatsApp account?
Yes. It connects a regular WhatsApp account by QR code, the same way WhatsApp Web does. You don't need the WhatsApp Business API or Meta verification.
Are there limits on how many messages I can send?
No hard caps. The fair-use policy applies: bulk unsolicited messages or spam will get an account suspended. Normal conversations, automations and assistant-driven replies are unrestricted.
Can WhatsApp ban my account?
Any unofficial WhatsApp connection carries some risk, because WhatsApp's terms restrict automated access. Keep traffic human-paced, avoid unsolicited bulk sending, and use a dedicated number for automation where possible.
How do I connect it to Claude, ChatGPT or Grok?
Copy your MCP URL and token from the dashboard and add them as a custom MCP connector in the client's settings. Each client has its own menu; the dashboard shows step-by-step instructions for each.
Can my assistant read my existing chats?
Yes, for the accounts you connect. Messages are only accessible with your token, and you can revoke it at any time from the dashboard.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard. Monthly plans end at the period close; annual plans are refunded under the refund policy.
